Rookie Brendan Gaughan finished 13th and took top rookie honors for the first time this season. It was also his career best Cup finish. "It's about dang time and it's because we had a great race team," Gaughan said. "We've been saying all year that we knew as a rookie we weren't going to be fast early but we'd get working on it.

"At one time we were sitting in no man's land and got a caution and got back up there and we ended up 13th. We'll take it and be excited for a change."
